Technical Specifications
This grid system is manufactured from 100% recycled, black, non-toxic, UV-stable PP/PE blend, with dimensions of 500mm x 500mm x 40mm and a rib wall thickness of 3.5mm. Each square metre weighs 4kg and contains 4 grids, with each grid housing 49 individual 70mm square pockets for a neat, compact, and stable finish. The filling options include gravel, stone, grass, grass seed, and soil ranging from 3mm–30mm. The product is temperature stable from -50°C to +90°C and features 4 integrated V-force push-fit locking connections per side. Environmentally, it complies with S.U.D.S. and the Flood & Water Management Act 2010, and is manufactured in the UK.

For performance, the grids are vehicle-tested up to 30 tonnes, with a compression test rating of 500 tonnes and an axle load capacity of 30 tonnes. They include built-in anti-migration cell lattice, anti-gravel movement ribs, and anti-slip nodules, making them suitable for slopes exceeding 1 in 4. Shipping is efficient with 260 grids per pallet (65 sqm) and a load capacity of 500 tonnes.
